Purchase Agreement:

All potential Order Flow Trader, Inc. clients, members, or subscribers must read this disclaimer and agree to the terms set forth. By ordering any services or selecting "I ACCEPT" when registering or using any Order Flow Trader, Inc. services, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. I understand that this is copyrighted material from Order Flow Trader, Inc.

2. I understand that this is only for my individual, personal use.

3. In no event should any content from the website, training materials, trading room, videos, members forum, trading course, emails, or any other form of communications from Order Flow Trader, Inc., be construed as an express or implied promise, guarantee that you will profit, or that losses can or will be limited in any manner whatsoever.

4. I agree that I will not reproduce, sell, rent, auction, teach, or make any commercial use of the services, products, or information contained in the website, or any material included with this purchase from Order Flow Trader, Inc. whatsoever.

5. I agree not to discuss said material in any message forum, (other than our private members only forum) or chat room, online or offline.

6. All rights reserved. No part of the manual or training videos may be reproduced or used in any form, or by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, taping, or for information storage or retrieval systems, nor may any part of the training materials be programmed for computer use, without express written permission from Order Flow Trader, Inc.

7. Order Flow Trader, Inc. reserves the right to initiate legal action against any client who violates the above terms and conditions.

8. I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any refund from Order Flow Trader, Inc. for whatever reason for any services or products, and that my subscription may be terminated by Order Flow Trader, Inc. at it"s sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability:
9a. You understand and agree that Order Flow Trader, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not Order Flow Trader, Inc. has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages.

9b. You further agree to indemnify, and hold Us, and Our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including attorney"s fees) resulting from (i) Your use, misuse or abuse of the Site, or (ii) Your use or misuse of any of our Training Materials, Videos, Live Chat Room or Member"s Forum that may result in a direct or indirect loss or liability.

Provision of Services:
10. You agree and acknowledge that Order Flow Trader, Inc. is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without notice to you even if it may result in you being prevented from accessing any information contained in it.

Changes to Terms:
11. Order Flow Trader, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of Order Flow Trader, Inc. after any changes to terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.

Failure to Access Services:
12. You agree that Order Flow Trader, Inc. is not responsible for your inability to log on to access services, either because of poor internet connections, incorrect typing of logins or passwords, browser incompatibility, or third party communication services. You agree that neither we nor our suppliers are responsible or liable, for any loss or damage caused by your inability to use or access Order Flow Trader, Inc. products, whether or not caused in whole or in part by our negligence.
